New locks across range
5th July 2016

PVC-U and aluminium fabricator TOTAL GLASS has added multi-point locking systems from Winkhaus across its entire composite door and high-security aluminium communal entrance door ranges.

Available on the Castle Collection and Designer Door composite door ranges, the autolock AV2+securely locks automatically as soon as the door is closed without the need to lift the handle lever. This lock carries the Police-approved Secured by Design accreditation.

Upgrading to the blueMatic AV2-B brings a battery-operated keyfob keyless entry system for added convenience and instant full security, reducing the risk of anyone trying to enter a dwelling immediately behind you.

Specially-developed for the social housing sector and multiple occupancy residential properties, the Total Glass high-security aluminium communal entrance door can now be specified with the Winkhaus autolock AV2-E. Options offered by this electronic access-controlled locking system include remote control openers, biometric readers and disability-related products to provide a high level of security.

Phill Cresswell, Total Glass Sales and Marketing Manager said: “The new Winkhaus locking systems further extend the choice of secure locking systems for our customers and are already proving popular.”
