Big players get behind Visit Glass

FIT Show organisers say the big names in flat glass are getting behind Visit Glass, the ‘show within a show’ that will debut at the 2019 event, providing a dedicated area for the UK’s expanding flat glass sector.

Brands to have signed up for the inaugural event include Hird, Bohle, Saint-Gobain and Intermac, which have all taken prominent stands on the floor plan.

FIT Show event director, Nickie West said: “The growth potential for the UK flat glass industry is huge and we needed to reflect this in our offering for FIT Show by introducing a dedicated area for brands who operate within the sector.

“The addition of Visit Glass is further demonstration of our commitment to broaden the appeal of FIT Show, developing with our industry and bringing new audiences to the show. We’re very excited about Visit Glass’ debut.”

FIT Show 2019 will take place at the NEC Birmingham from 21st to 23rd May and will feature up to 300 exhibitors from across the window, door, conservatory and glass industry.
