Synseal rolls out the Wow Factor

Synseal has made the selling of windows and conservatories easier with the launch of a new online app that allows the homeowner to see in precise detail how Synseal products will look when installed on their property.
The new WOW Factor visualisation app from Synseal works by taking an uploaded photograph of a homeowner’s house and furnishing it with the products they are interested in. Product options include conservatory designs and popular home improvements such as bi-fold doors and vertical sliding windows. The homeowner then chooses a colour and styling details and then positions where the products will go to update the elevation view of their property. The augmented image is then saved as a pdf and emailed to them. A copy of the pdf will also be sent to the local Synseal fabricator hosting the online WOW Factor app to flag what the homeowner is potentially interested in and prompt an opportunity to discuss their requirements in detail. The WOW Factor app can be fully branded for Synseal fabricator customers and placed on a personalised domain or company website, and full digital support is provided by Synseal from start to finish.
“Improving the home with products such as windows, doors, orangeries and conservatories can be a daunting process for many people because they find it nearly impossible to ‘see’ or visualise how they will look when completed,” David Leng, Synseal’s Chief Executive, explained. “With the new WOW Factor app, that uncertainty is removed and the sales process can focus on the finer details rather than persuading them that improving their home is a good idea.
“Furthermore, the app is online, so homeowners can play around with it at their own leisure until they get the look they are aiming for, taking away any pressures of ‘selling’.”
