Synseal continues to develop its Evolve range of factory-finished products with the addition of bi-fold doors, thus offering its fabricators manufacturing support for one of the most vibrant sectors of the home improvement market.

Manufactured from the Shield range of PVC-U profiles, Synseal’s Evolve bi-fold doors feature PVC-U door sashes combined with thermally broken aluminium top and bottom tracks. Doors are equipped with a gearing system manufactured by Siegenia that is designed to offer ease of adjustment and years of trouble free service.

Lower thresholds offer ease of access and sealing weather strips conceal unsightly gasket lines for improved aesthetics. The rigid aluminium tracks increase structural strength and create a door which is easier to transport, whilst also preventing excessive flex to ensure that the doors run smoothly, even on long spans with multiple door configurations.

Colour options include White and a range of excellent woodgrains, plus woodgrain on White combinations. Service advantages such as 7-day turnaround from placement of order and free nationwide delivery to fabricator premises for bi-fold doors up to 4 metres in length, also contribute to make the Synseal Evolve fully-manufactured bi-folding door a very competitive proposition.
