Customer focus leads to polycarbonate boost at MacroluxI

Sales at Macrolux UK, suppliers of polycarbonate sheeting for multiple glazing applications, are up over 45% as the business’ new, customer-focused philosophy kicks in.

This shift in perspective has also lead to a company re-brand and the creation of a new, content-rich website constructed in response to customer demand for an easy-to-access information resource.

The newly improved website has been developed with usability in mind, and now has more information than ever - offering a comprehensive guide to products and their uses so that customers can be confident they are making the right choice for their needs. As well as the complete range of products the website is also home to the latest news and projects from Macrolux, regularly updated so that customers are always up to speed with the latest innovations in the market.

Macrolux UK has adopted a more proactive means of communication which has allowed it to connect with the full width of its market, making sure everyone involved is made aware of the advantages of polycarbonate and how it can be implemented.

Designers, specifiers, installers and end users have all been targeted and informed as to how, when and why Macrolux polycarbonate should be used. The many applications of polycarbonate have been attributed to its advantages over glass.
