STYLISH RIVERSIDE DEVELOPMENT IN THE HEART OF STRATFORD

Reynaers Aluminium systems installed in the stylish residential and retail development One Stratford, afford access to uninterrupted views across the Olympic Park as well as towards The City and Canary Wharf.
  
Reynaers Eco system is used extensively throughout the new development for the windows and doors. It combines aesthetic design with thermal efficiency and ease of use in operation. Vision 50 windows and doors are a feature on the ground floor retail units providing excellent levels of performance with the doors designed to cope with high traffic levels. Manufacture and installation was carried out by M Price Limited.
 
Designed by Stock Woolstencroft Architects the stylish, modern design also makes extensive use of Reynaers CW50 curtain walling system to facilitate maximum creative freedom, producing eye catching and aesthetically appealing lines while providing maximum natural light ingress into the buildings.  
 
Built in accordance with EcoHomes guidelines, the development incorporates a communal heating and hot water system.
 
As part of the development Telford Homes partnered with Toynbee Housing Association to provide shared ownership and rental apartments.
