Synseal is updating its retail marketing brochures, and is asking window and conservatory customers for help with providing the photography.

Homeowners are being asked to submit digital photographs of their new vertical sliding sash windows or conservatory. If they are chosen by Synseal, we will arrange for a professional photographer to visit the premises, and hand over £100 in Marks and Spencer vouchers as a ‘thank you’.

Andrew Potts, Synseal’s digital marketing manager, said: “Synseal’s products get chosen for some fantastic projects, some of which – for a variety of reasons – we don’t actually get to see. Therefore, by launching this mini-competition, we should get access to great properties with great installations.”

The photography offer also fulfils another marketing function – it gives Synseal the opportunity to pass on some vital information to the homeowner about how best to maintain their Synseal product.

“The importance of maintaining dialogue with your customers cannot be stressed enough,” Andrew said. “From a sales point of view, there’s nothing as valuable as a database of happy customers! If they are happy, with their new windows, there’s every likelihood that they will approach the same company again to install their conservatory.

“Thanks to this simple piece of marketing, we get happy customers and a nicely illustrated brochure for our fabricator and installer customers to use to win more sales.”
