Support package

National trade fabricator TWR Trade Frames has expanded its product range and launched a new marketing support package for installers.

TWR have branded its PVCU windows doors as the ‘Eternity Collection’ and aluminium range as ‘EternAL’. The Eternity Collection gives installers the choice between Kömmerling and Synseal PVCU frames while EternAL is windows and doors manufactured using Smarts aluminium.

To reflect the new branding, TWR has produced a series of high impact brochures and a dedicated consumer facing website (www.eternitycollection.co.uk), which the company’s trade customers can use during their sales pitches. The brochures and the website can be personalised to complement the installers’ own identity so they are portraying a consistent message to the marketplace.

The literature is backed by a lead generation service which encompasses direct mail and drop cards, while installers can even have their showroom revamped to reflect the Eternity brand.

As part of the Eternity initiative, TWR is offering ‘A’ rated windows for no extra cost, enabling installers to use the marketing kudos of the Energy Rating label to win more sales. The window is available with a lead-free option to further enhance the installers’ ‘green’ credentials, and also has a full width outerframe, making it easier to fit. Fab and Fix handles and a Maco Rail locking system complete the picture.
