Veka Group used the FIT Show to debut its new Imagine Lift & Slide Patio Door.

The system can incorporate between two and four sashes; any and all of which can be configured to ‘lift and slide’ to the user’s requirements, and is said to be strong enough to suit both residential and commercial applications due to steel reinforcements in the profile.

Marketing Director Dawn Stockell said: “The Imagine Suite remains one of the industry’s most significant developments in terms of doors, with each new addition embracing its ethos of quality, capability and style. The Lift & Slide Patio Door is no exception.

“We wanted the Imagine Lift & Slide Patio Door to be elegantly stylish from any angle; inside or out. Visible surfaces have been kept to a minimum even in floor-to-ceiling installations; maximising the natural light let in, and creating a sumptuous sense of space. Sliding sashes close flush to the frame, and drainage has been fully concealed within the sash.”

The door is available in a range of 19 colours and woodgrains from Veka’s Variations colour collection) across all installation options. Aluminium covers can also be specified in those finishes.
