Board changes

G15 Fabricator of the Year EMPLAS has announced a number of changes to its senior management team.

Kush Patel, formerly Operations Director, steps up to a new position as Deputy Managing Director, with Ray Sinclair taking his former role.

Roberto Canassa, is also promoted to board level as IT Director.

Managing Director Ryan Johnson said: “We have seen some great growth but recognise that we need the right people- not just the right infrastructure – in place to ensure that it continues to be delivered sustainably.

“The appointments that we have made, allows us to bring some exceptionally experienced people into senior roles, which gives us depth and resource as a team to fulfil our ambitions for future growth. Importantly this needs to be focussed and deliver for our customers, whether that’s through product innovation or improved customer service and support.”
