Crystal Direct has launched a fully reversible PVC-U window designed to reduce heat loss and improve weather tightness, and enhance the thermal efficiency.

The fully reversible window from Crystal uses precision technology to ensure exceptional air and water tightness. Technological advances affecting the sealing system and the profile construction make it an ideal product for reduced heat loss.

Crystal Chairman Martin Randall said: “Fully reversible windows are ideal for medium to high buildings as the windows can be cleaned internally and externally from inside the building. Our window is fully recyclable, and meets Part L regulations, security standard BS7950 and egress requirements.

“The main section profiles have five independent chambers, not the conventional three. This gives the profile greater strength and, importantly, enhances the thermal efficiency of the frame by up to 15%.”

Crystal’s wide product range is available in 15 colours as standard and includes casement windows, energy rated windows, vertical sliders, bi-fold doors, composite doors and now reversible windows.
