Anglian Building Products, the business-to-business division of Anglian Windows, has launched its new Religion, Belief & Faith Guide.
The Guide was developed to help personnel understand more about the beliefs and customs prevalent within the communities which we operate, enabling the company to provide a more tailored service.
the company said it was a valuable addition to the company’s Equality and Diversity Toolkit which is used to support Targeted Recruitment and Training Plans.
The Guides are provided to all personnel and are reinforced through briefings, site inductions and tool box talks.
“This Guide helps demonstrates our commitment to equality and diversity issues both within our workforce and the communities we serve. It really helps give us confidence to deal with sensitive issues which can occur on a daily basis.” said regional operations director Nigel Wardle.
