English Architectural Glazing have been employed by John Sisk and Son (Sisk) as specialist glazing sub-contractor to provide a mixture of high performance double glazed curtain wall to the building envelope as part of this multi million pound scheme.
The redevelopment of this 1980’s office building, by Alchemi Group, the specialist central London residential developer; will provide 57 apartments, ranging from studio flats to split-level penthouse residences with banking and retail services at ground floor level. There will be access to a dedicated gymnasium and two lushly landscaped communal gardens. This striking Stiff and Trevillion design is surrounded by the capital's best known and loved landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks, Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.
Charlie Dyce, Business Director of EAG, said “This is our second appointment by Sisk over the last few months and we look forward to a mutual development in bringing these projects to fruition”.
EAG will commence on site in late 2014
