Trade counter and Emplas customer WORCESTER TRADE FRAMES has been shortlisted as a G-Awards finalist.
The family-run firm was set up by Mark Holloway in 2010and is run by his son James as General Manager. It has a turnover in excess of £3.2m while it now employs a team of 10.
The short-listing is for one of five businesses in total - and one of only three independent trade counters – to reach the finals in the Trade Counter of the Year 2018.
James Holloway said: “We’re delighted that what we’re doing here, has been recognised and we’ve made the final cut in a national awards programme, going head-to-head with national trade counters.
“We now employ a team of 10 people, we supply hundreds of products a week and that’s down to the quality of the products, which we supply and our commitment to customer service.
Having outgrown its original site, the trade counter moved into its current location on Worcester Trade Park in 2012. The addition of a second unit in January this year now gives it a combined 6,000sq ft warehouse facility.
