Priding themselves on quality and service they are ambitious and of a forward thinking culture looking to strengthen the sales and marketing team even further, providing full support.

Role:
To target suitable new trade business opportunities that fit the client’s business model and pursue them with imagination, professionalism and determination all within a region to suit the candidate’s location. Regular reporting and attendance/input to monthly sales meetings. A devolved management style will provide you with the freedom to develop the role in the way that you determine.

Candidates:
Skilled ‘prospectors’ who are able to seek out and deliver new business as well as ‘Farmers’, with the ability to nurture and develop
Persuasive personality, comfortable communication at all levels effectively and efficiently in a highly competitive market
Self motivated and target driven
Disciplined and able to organise a busy schedule effectively
Focussed and persistent with a will to win, yet team players who will work effectively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Knowledge of the window market would be an advantage but just as important as the appropriate selling skills and personality

Remuneration package:
