PILASTERS PROVIDE AN ELEGANT FINISHING TOUCH

New decorative pilasters provide an eye-catching feature that adds an elegant finishing touch to a design enhancement of Synseal’s Global conservatory roof. Manufactured in GRP the pilasters, which include self-draining flutes,complement the roof, and offer homeowners the opportunity to customize their Global Summer orangery.

Corner and in-line pilaster designs are available, all dimensioned to perfectly fit a ‘raised line’ Global Summer installation with a 1500mm window frame height including sill. Specially-designed left or right handed pilasters are also offered, featuring cut-outs to receive gutter downpipes adjacent to a house wall detail.

The range of pilasters comes in White finish as standard, available ex-stock. Other popular colours such as Cream and, Chartwell Green are available on request.

The system is highly versatile, especially when used with the innovative two-part aluminium frame connector that can be used to form either a 180° straight connector 140mm wide or a 90° corner. The two-part connector is coupled together with two strips of insert, which hold the connector in alignment whilst it is screw fastened. Both connector and insert components are available in 3m lengths which may be cut in half to form each finished connector. The GRP pilaster is then securely bonded onto the connector for a perfect finish to the orangery installation.
