EUROCELL is launching Kyube a new range of modular, bespoke garden rooms, available in timber or steel frame options.
The timber frame Kyube comes fitted with a choice of exterior composite cladding and either patio or French doors. The interior is left unfinished so customers can add their own design touches.
The steel frame version offers a number of interior finish options including vinyl flooring, internal cladding and Eurocell’s own recycled PVC-U skirting boards. It has an insulated steel roof with a 750mm canopy and 100mm cavity wall insulation.
‘Plug and play’ electricity supply packs are an option in every specification and A-rated Eurocell windows and doors are supplied as standard.
Kyube is available in 14 sizes, from 3m x 2.5m right up to 6m x 3m,. Between its many external cladding, door colour, door furniture, flooring and interior finish options, it offers 72 configurations.
Lead time from order is four weeks. Eurocell says a complete Kyube can be installed and finished in as little as two days.
Kyube comes with a guarantee covering timber frame models for 10 years, and steel frame designs for 50 years.
Andy McDonnell, managing director of Eurocell Building Plastics, explained the timing of the launch in the wake of the coronavirus crisis: “The economy as a whole and the construction industry in particular have been hit very hard by the enforced lockdown. As we start to take the first steps towards recovery, we want to support our customers in as many ways as we can.
“Garden rooms are therefore a terrific opportunity for trade conservatory and window installers and landscape garden contractors to extend their offerings to homeowners”
