Record demand for timber door lock

Hardware manufacturer KENRICK says production of its timber door lock is at an all-time high since it was launched two years ago.

Sales and Marketing Director Steve Williams said: “Homeowners are definitely becoming more sophisticated in the choice of material for their entrance door and they don’t want it to be compromised with an inferior door lock. We’re delighted with the success of this product and believe it is one of the best systems available in the industry today, offering a host of features that are unmatched by other products.”

The door lock is Secured by Design approved and has three sintered steel hooks and a latch to provide optimal security for the timber door. A 45mm backset optimises the handle clearance from the outer frame for ease of use, whilst fully adjustable keeps enable the hooks to fully compress the gaskets when locked.
