PROFILE SYSTEMS LAUNCHES DYNAMIC HINGE RANGE TO IRISH MARKET

Leading UPVC and aluminium distributor in Ireland, Profile Systems, has specified SFS intec’s Dynamic hinge range for its high performance and colour matching properties. Profile Systems is expanding its hardware portfolio to ensure aesthetic demand is met, whilst future proofing all its designs against triple glazing, and SFS intec was able to meet the brief.

The Dynamic 2D hinge has less components than traditional hinges making it significantly easier to install, even for a single installer to perform quickly and efficiently.
 
Irish fabricators often use four hinges, even on double glazed doors. However, with the additional load carrying ability of the Dynamic hinge from SFS intec, only three fixing points are required to guarantee strength and performance, even with triple glazed doors. The centre pin design provides superior strength with its vertical profile so there is no chance of the hinge dropping or sagging, saving both installation time and additional costs.
 
To further enhance the offering, SFS intec supplied detailed product training to the Profile Systems staff, who in turn have been able to pass on the knowledge, aiding business development.
