Oldham's finest approved to fabricate and install

Gemini UPVC Ltd. and its installation arm, AWC Windows and Home Improvements are some of the latest companies to sign up to The VEKA UK Group's Approved Fabricator and Installer initiative.

The companies, based in Oldham and run by brothers Michael and Paul Griffiths, are among an overwhelming uptake in the initiative since it was launched at the FIT Show earlier this year, and now numbers some 200 approved fabricators and installers.

Amy Grundy, National Sales Manager for the Approved Installer scheme was excited to congratulate both companies on their new, approved status: “What Gemini and AWC have achieved in their area speaks for itself and we're thrilled to have businesses of their standing join the Approved Installer initiative. For Gemini to come onboard as an Approved Fabricator is fantastic - particularly as they're now eligible to approve their installer customers.

It even allows companies to change images to create a brochure that best represents them and their work.”

The initiative is advantageous for every link in the supply chain. Approved Installers commit to only working with Approved Fabricators who, in turn, benefit from loyal and dependable repeat trade. Approved Installers can be confident that they are using products of the highest quality and, supported by the industry's finest marketing package, have ample opportunity to bring that prestige to the attention of homeowners – both via marketing materials and a subsidised website design and build service.
