Quality and service stands out for Star Elm Frames

Deceuninck’s sole Irish distributor Star Elm Frames switched to Deceuninck earlier this year and hasn’t looked back. Managing Director Dave Sage says Deceuninck’s support has been excellent and the reaction from customers phenomenal.

Dave comments: “The switch to Deceuninck has made a significant difference to our business and that of our customers, and the response has been huge. Our biggest customers switched readily from 60mm to 70mm overnight and our frame production has gone through the roof.

“The other thing that stands out for me is Deceuninck’s quality and service,” adds Dave. “Deceuninck’s profile just looks and feels of quality. Even when welding, the product seems somehow different. And the support from Deceuninck’s technical guys has been exceptional.”
