HOPPE Sales Centre heading in new direction

Boasting an impressive 20 plus years’ experience in Sales Manager roles across a number of well-known consumer and trade facing companies, HOPPE is delighted to welcome Sally Tolley as Sales Centre Manager.

Responsible for a team of 16 office based personnel Sally explains: “I’ve really hit the ground running since joining HOPPE in July and it’s been fantastic. We have spent the last few months working through a number of new internal procedures and processes, which we plan to implement fully from January in order to make the overall customer experience a better one. We have aligned members of the internal sales department with the sales people on the road, so everyone will now work based on territory. We believe that providing a more regular and familiar point of contact within the internal team, will help develop and further strengthen customer relationships. A key consideration for the department will be regular customer contact, to ensure we are delivering on all of the aspects they would expect from their hardware supplier.
