‘Highly Commended’

CONSERVATORY OUTLET Ltd has been recognised as ‘Highly Commended’ in the Manufacturer of The Year (under £25m) category at the Made in Yorkshire Awards, hosted by the Yorkshire Business Insider.

The fabricator earned the certificate for the way it works closely with its supply chain to achieve business growth, for its investment in technology, and in the training and development of its 150-strong workforce.

Managing director Michael Giscombe said: “We were up against some tough competition in the form of global exporters and technologically advanced innovators so for a fabricator like Conservatory Outlet to be in the running is a fantastic achievement in itself. Our Wakefield team should feel very proud.

“With our network model being exclusively UK-based, we have to work even harder to innovate both on product and service to remain competitive, and to continue to create opportunities for growth in a challenging market. ”
