Increased Production Capacity for Cavitymasters

Cavitymasters, the Norfolk based cavity/former manufacturer has recently increased its production capacity from 700 frames to 3000 frames per week.
Edward Clegg, production director said, “we have had steady orders coming in over the last six to seven months and have recently negotiated some long term contracts.”

Graham Smart, sales director, added saying that, “we have spoken to a lot of our main customers asking them what they would like to see from us, we have listened to what they have to say and have developed new products and ways to deliver them.”

Jonathan Seaman, company manger also said “this has meant change right through the company from ordering, product, storage, production and delivery. We have even changed our assembly benches enabling four workstations where only two were previously. This has allowed us to cut production time and costs.”

With the sales increasing week in, week out we have already negotiated one new unit opposite us for storage of fabricated frames and another is being negotiated for, this will be used for material storage.

We are also looking forward for when the new build market picks up and the directors are already looking for new sites for a new factory to allow us to cover the north of England and Scotland.
