BM Aluminium has two new names on its support team, with John Chambers as 2nd Line Support Technician and Luke Taylor is a Trainee Support Technician.

John advises primarily on the CNC aspects of LogiKal and helping customers with new and existing machine links. He is working with CNC Implementation Manager Dan Hodges, providing post-installation support to customers via email, phone and TeamViewer.

John said: “The most common issue I’m dealing with is CNC grouping errors, which can cause headaches for customers, but which we can easily resolve and help them get their machines working as efficiently as possible.”

Luke joins his brother Jack who has been a member of the BM Aluminium support team for almost five years.

Luke said: “Jack had told me all about the positive and supportive culture at BM Aluminium and the emphasis on customer service and that’s been obvious from the moment I joined. Everyone is focused on helping customers get the most from the software and getting as much value as possible from their investment.”
