Proceedings have begun for the liquidation of Panoramic Products ltd.
A letter to interested parties from Leonard Curtis Rescue & Recovery says the directors of the company, registered at Callywhite Lane, Dronfield, formerly Magnaline Ltd, have made the decision “having regard to its financial position” to begin the formalities for a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation.
Companies House lists the directors of the company as Alan Rees – a resident of the United States, also a director of Panoramic Doors (UK) Ltd of the same address, and Panoramic Group Ltd of Balm Green, Sheffield – and Sharon Rees.
The letter proposes Richard Pinder and Phil Deyes of Leonard Curtis Rescue & Recovery as joint liquidators.
