The surname may have been the bane of Barry Growler’s childhood but now he has proved that ‘everyone loves a Growler’ after sales leads at the Nottingham-based installer grew by 23% since creating a new ‘Growler-themed’ logo and styling.

“Growing up as a Growler had its challenges,” said Barry, “but it’s great that I’ve finally been able to create something so successful off the back of my unusual surname.

“I have a saying that everyone loves a Growler and homeowners have definitely enjoyed the fun element to our new branding and our unusual company name. We are hoping that this boom in leads and sales continues and my team are already working on a fun and engaging Growler-themed marketing strategy to take us to the next level in 2022 and beyond.”

The new logo, featuring a growling bear, has been rolled out across company livery, uniforms, stationery, and social media, and will also be used on the proposed new warehouse and showroom facility.

Barry continued: “Growler Windows has been trading for five years now and we have never really got round to giving ourselves a professional image – we’re busy Growlers and it always got pushed to the bottom of our life admin list. “However, now that we’ve done it, I wish we’d done it sooner! Homeowners are loving our new Growler Windows logo and leads are up by 23% compared to this time last year.”
