Aluminium doors, windows and curtain walling from Senior Architectural Systems were used to create the façade design of a new office development, built as part of the wider regeneration of Hull’s historic Fruit Market.

Its SF52 aluminium curtain wall system was chosen for the main façade, and has been integrated with the manufacturer’s SPW600 aluminium windows and robust SPW501 aluminium commercial doors. The fenestration package was fabricated and installed by Glass & Framing Systems for main contractor PDR Construction.

As the new headquarters for safety equipment specialists Arco, the new-build office development is the largest to be created in Hull for a dedicated user since the late 1960s. Designed by DLA Design, the five-storey building features a contemporary glass-fronted façade and spacious atrium said to enhance and complement the existing buildings around the city’s marina and Old Town.
