David Salisbury has highlighted it biggest oak orangery in its 35-year history with a specially commissioned video showing the scale and detail of the project.

The 355sq m Farmhouse Kitchen restaurant extension at the Millets Farm Centre, Oxfordshire, was designed in conjunction with the Catering Design Group with extensive use of 3D drawing in the process.

The layout of the previous Farmhouse Kitchen was not ideally conceived and constrained both restaurant footfall and efficient table service, says the company:

“With our growing portfolio of prestigious commercial buildings, Millets Farm approached David Salisbury to design and build a replacement restaurant extension.

“An expanded restaurant was designed, with an improved layout providing a far better quality customer experience.”

“David Salisbury has been designing and building award-winning orangeries and garden rooms for over 35 years.  At the time, this was our largest ever individual project – and remains our biggest ever Oak project.”
