Deceuninck Aluminium has appointed Klare Dean as customer service coordinator.

Klare joined Deceuninck in 2018 as a Customer Service Administrator in the PVC-U side of the business, later training as an internal auditor.

She said: “The enthusiasm here is infectious, the team, the customers. Everyone is behind this product. Whenever I’ve spoken to anyone about Decalu, it’s been a positive. 

“As Customer Services Coordinator it’s my job to make sure that that offer is underpinned with the right levels of service and support. Even in the short time that I’ve been here, we’ve brought on a number of new customers and it’s great to be part of a rapidly growing and very dynamic business.” 

Director Nigel Headford said: “Klare is passionate about service and that’s absolutely key for us because from day one we’ve always said that if our service levels are the same as everyone else’s then we’ve failed. We want to be the best.”

Decalu by Deceuninck Aluminium was launched in the UK in January 2020The range includes the ultra-energy efficient Decalu88 Bi-folding Door, the Decalu163 Lift-and-Slide; aluminium entrance doors; casement windows; turn-and-tilt; and reversible windows.
