Andy Jones, Group Managing Director at Victorian Sliders since he joined the company two years ago, says he is stepping down to pursue new opportunities.

In a statement today, he spoke of the regular 500-mile round trip that comes with the role so it was time for him to seek new opportunities.

He said: “Since my appointment as Group MD in 2019 we have embarked on an investment strategy that has enabled us to scale the business rapidly, and we have seen a real transformation during that time and we’re on track for 70% growth.”

“However, the nature of the role and location requires a regular 500 mile round-trip and so it is time for me to explore new challenges and opportunities. I leave the business in great shape and on a rapid growth trajectory.”

Scot Starkey, founder of Victorian Sliders, said: “Andy has brought a great deal of management expertise to the business and been instrumental in our recent growth. We would like to thank him for his contribution to our company and we wish him well as he pursues new opportunities.”
