Birmingham-based Performance Window Fabrications (PWF) has appointed Melissa Bates as operations manager.
Melissa joins from law firm Shoosmiths, and has has more than 15 years’ experience as executive and personal assistant at companies including Fieldfisher and Wragge & Co.
Hers is one of more than a dozen appointments at the company since it was taken over last year by Rebecca and Alex Sutherland.
Rebecca, who is director of sales and marketing, said: “The arrival of Mel will add to the momentum we’ve been building over the past year and will help us to achieve rapid growth across the aluminium windows sector.”
Based in Aston, Birmingham, PWF comes under the umbrella of Six-Twenty Group, which recently launched Fire Windows Direct, targeting the fire rated windows and doors sector, and Glass Roof Direct.
