Garnalex is claiming an aluminium industry first, offering fabricators the product database on its Sheerline frame system via three software packages – Business Micros Evolution, First Degree and LogiKal.

Software development director Adrian Girling explained: “We understand the importance of user-friendly software systems for fabricators. We want to make the set-up process as easy as possible for fabricators, so with Business Micros, for example, we deliver the package to customers fully equipped with their costs included.

“They can sit down straight away and get started using the package with zero set up and with no extra training required. We can also offer support internally so we can respond to customer queries much more promptly.”

Garnalex launched Sheerline last year, comprising two systems: Classic, a slim window for replacing traditional steel-framed windows and for modern minimalist builds, and Prestige, which includes single and French doors, and is designed for large spans and big windows in a choice of frame sizes and configurations. Both systems are available in the same range of styles and finishes.
